Saral Kumar brings over two decades of comprehensive hospitality leadership, having served in critical, interconnected roles spanning Operations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) across the globe.
Honed at iconic international luxury properties, including The St. Regis, Anantara, Westin, Taj and the Burj Al Arab, Saral mastered the internal systems required to achieve and sustain world-class operational excellence. His experience encompasses everything from leading successful Pre-Opening recruitment and training strategies and delivering successful audits (COR Certification).
