How quickly can we start a program?
After your consultation, we can typically begin program delivery within 2-4 weeks, depending on your team's availability and scheduling preferences.
Do you offer virtual or in-person training?
We offer both options! While in-person training provides the most practice opportunities, we've designed effective virtual programs for hotels outside the Calgary area.
What is the time commitment for participants?
OJT is typically 2 full days (16 hours), and DTL is 3 full days (24 hours). We can also structure programs as half-day sessions to accommodate operational needs.
Is there ongoing support after the training?
Our training is exclusively in-person and on-site for maximum hands-on results, with our trainers traveling globally from Calgary/Alberta to your property.
